Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $2,000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM out of consideration for neighbors. Dogs must be well-behaved, fully house-trained, and kept on a leash while outside the property. Ensure that dogs are crated when alone in the house to prevent any damage and ensure their safety. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both inside and outside the property. Pets must remain off furniture and beds.
