Please note that there is no elevator, making the building not handicap-accessible. Guests will need to climb 4 stories to reach the apartment. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., with violations potentially incurring a charge of up to $400 USD. All properties are 100% non-smoking, and a fee of up to $400 USD will be assessed for smoking inside or on the rooftop and terraces. Guests must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID at check-in. Shoes must be removed inside the apartment.
A standard $135 cleaning fee is applied with every reservation. An additional $105 interim cleaning fee will be charged for every 5 nights during longer stays.
