Great experience My husband and I lived at your facility for 10 years. I have to tell you that our experience was phenomenal your office staff, especially Nick. We’re always there when I needed him to answer questions about anything regarding my stay. Everyone was so pleasant and very helpful. Thank you again.

Simply the best The staff is friendly professional and dedicated to meeting the needs of its residents. The tenants are friendly and respectful to each other. The maintenance crew is always there to assist with the repairs. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained. The amenities are very well maintained. I would be happy living there if I were still in the area.

Prompt Response Ice maker malfunction - requested service online, Adriano called me within 1 hour to ask if he could visit me immediately. He brought a replacement unit with him, changed it out and was done in 5 minutes. Major kudos to the Sofi maintenance crew again.

Response to request for heat to be turned on Maintenance responded within hours of my request to turn the heat on. It was turned on in no time and he also changed the filter. I see that as an added bonus. Thanks for your help.
