it’s been good so far! we wish there were more ways to meet people. Also the lighting in the layout we are in is horrible, there is 1 overhead light for the entire downstairs and the natural lighting is very limited.

The Brook View community is clean well maintained and staff that is supportive and kind to residents and it feels like home. Anything that needs to be fixed and/or replaced is done within a reasonably quick time.

Such a warm welcome! The staff are kind and warm, the grounds are clean and safe. Moving in was a breeze- picking up keys was simple and the street is not busy so unloading was no problem. We love the clubhouse and walkable grounds!

So good and very nice and the place so beautiful and safe and quiet place we need to add only swimming pool and some of game in park all staff is very good and nice

quiet community for the most part. some neighbors drive too fast around the corners which pose as a safety risk to others in the development. buildings are showing wear and tear as it is getting older. Hopefully rent doesn’t increase too much more
