Wouldn’t recommend

The apartments are over priced and have eap appliances and cabinets & hardware that break often. We are charged high amenity fees with little to show for it: the buzzer for the building hasn’t worked for years with no fix, the gym is very small & lacks equipment, and tenants abuse the common areas, the grill is broken more often than not.
It’s hard to get in and out of the driveway safely due to cars constantly parked blocking visibility in the entryway.
The super is great but that’s the only... upside… management sucks and is always just looking to make extra $ off tenants. Management is impossible to reach. Wouldn’t recommend living here.
