Substandard

This apartment is a complete rip-off and an utter disappointment. First and foremost, the rent is outrageously overpriced for what you get. There are absolutely no amenities—none. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every conversation, TV show, and footstep from your neighbors at all hours of the day and night. Privacy is non-existent.

The interiors are old and completely outdated, with dirty fixtures that make the place feel neglected and unhygienic. There’s no central heating, and the... bedroom doesn’t even have an air conditioner, making it miserable to live in during extreme weather. To top it off, the washer and dryer are awkwardly crammed into the kitchen, an eyesore that makes the entire space feel cluttered and dysfunctional.

For the price they’re charging, this apartment is a total scam. Avoid it at all costs.

Cigarette Stains

My mother and I scrapped together all of the money we had to sign a lease here only for our apartment to be ridden with smoker stains, which increases cancer risks and can damage lung tissue. Absolutely unacceptable that we were not warned nor notified this was an issue until after we signed a lease.

Complex is quiet. Friendly tenants. My dog loves the dog park included in the complex. In-unit washer and dryer is very helpful! Wish there were more amenities within the complex.

Amanda was very helpful with the whole application and move in process. However, my mailbox was overfilling with mail from the previous tenant, my hot water was not turned on, and my dryer did not work.
