The entire team at Half Moon Harbour is extremely professional and thoughtful. I have lived in different communities in different states, and this is by far the friendliest, cleanest, most efficient, and best-maintained place.

I truly love living here! I love the Half Moon Harbour staff, they are all so respectful and helpful. The tenants, on the other hand, could use a refresher on living with others, but that is a separate issue - LOL!

I recently moved into Half Moon Harbor, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and the location is fantastic with beautiful views and easy access to the city.
The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The amenities are well maintained, and the building feels safe and quiet.
There are still a few areas that could be improved. Communication during the move-in process could have been clearer, especially regarding parking and... some building policies. The resident app is also a bit confusing and not very intuitive at first.
Even with those minor issues, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend Half Moon Harbor to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live close to New York City.

Staff are incredible and work hard to make it a great experience living here. There can be some challenges, with a handful of residents not respecting the space/building (leaving open garbage bags on the floor of the trash rooms, smoking in units). Renovation is ongoing, and is brightening up and updating the common spaces!
