Linens, towels, and essential amenities are included, and the home is equipped with central heating, mini-splits, and window AC units in every space. There are also 2 washer and dryer units in-house for easy laundry during your stay. Beach gear includes 20 beach tags conveniently collected on a lanyard, 20 beach chairs, multiple coolers, a wagon/cart, and umbrellas (no beach towels).
