Broken elevators, terrible food trucks, cold gym, broken grills, broken fire pit. For the price you pay extremely terrible value, 500 for amenities a year for half of them not to work

Poorly run, elevators are outdated and need to be replaced. Mechanic said parts aren’t readily available to fix quickly, which is why they’re down for months at a time. Basketball court is in poor shape due e to drainage issues, tennis court has cracks down both sides, dog run is poorly maintained and no upkeep at all for months at a time. Maintenance crew is only halfway able to fix minor issues. Let’s not get started on the smoke free community, you can get contact highs walking through the... hallways.

Everything is pretty good. Everyone ie very friendly and they mind their own business for the most part. Yiou have a few that are clicky and start trouble but other than that all-over pleasant place to live. The Management staff is top notch, I will say that ande they are ALWAYS there to help and assist.
