So far so good. On arrival, one or two things were out of place but the leasing office did a good job of fixing it right away.

It's been 2 months of living in AYA, I have no complaints so far except for gate issues which is taking a long time to get sorted.

Overall, my experience was frustrating and stressful. The leasing process was disorganized, and the apartment was not move-in ready, with cleanliness issues, broken fixtures, and a strong odor in the freezer. As a first-time renter, this experience was disappointing and not what I expected.

I used to live in AYA abq in until 2022, and came back a few weeks ago. So far I really can't complain. Not much has changed, which is good - staff is friendly, the units are comfortable and reasonably priced I think. I have not had any maintenance requests yet, though I imagine they will be handled once I do. They have a really decent gym, two pools, and reserved parking if you want it. Moving in and out is always stressful, AYA has made the transition much smoother. Big shout out to Olivia!
