Compared to the other apartments I’ve lived at AYA ABQ definitely blows them out of the water. Between the great apartment and amenities or just the overall location. Only thing I have a slight problem with is the parking as I work nights and can’t find a spot when I tend to get home really late or early morning. I’ve already gotten into a mishap with a numbered parking and it’s like you’d have to pay for the reserve spot just to guarantee a spot for your car but that’s only in my case. Other... than that everything has been great.

So far so good maintenance ain’t that great though you need some work office staff is nice. Nice swimming pools and weight room. Back resident gate is broken.
