The Senary by Allaso offers comfortable apartments, a convenient location, and a generally smooth move-in process. Overall, my experience has been positive. You won't regret it.

Nice staff, but several major problems including continual elevator breakdowns

On the positive side:
- Staff is friendly.
- New building, nice floor plans.
- It is kept clean.
- It feels safe.
- Can't hear neighbors -- fairly quiet.

But there are some major negatives:
- Building 1 elevator fails frequently. It is down more than it is operational.
- Parking is very challenging -- limited to 1 car per tenant -- so a single person may not have more than one vehicle on property anywhere. -Guests are not allowed to park on property at all -- and no street parking nearby.
-... Central air conditioning works well, but is extremely loud and does doesn't have a low speed.
- Difficult for delivery services (e.g. groceries) to deliver at times -- especially when elevator is down.

Hi Anonymous, thanks for the honest review! We're glad to hear about the things you enjoy and appreciate about The Senary...those are things we love as well! We're sorry to hear about your frustration with the other items that you mentioned. We have... shared in your frustration with the ongoing elevator outages, however as of yesterday the elevator has been repaired and is operable, and the construction team is optimistic that this repair will fully resolve the ongoing issues. In regards to parking, we do understand your feelings about this as well. As is common with newly constructed communities, parking can be rather limited. Our goal is always to do our best to ensure that there is adequate parking for our residents, and as a result we do require that guests park outside of the gates, but we always do our best in the touring and application process to be upfront and transparent about this as we understand that that may not be the best fit for every individual. In regards to your air conditioner, we would be happy to check this out to ensure that everything is operating properly! Please feel free to reach out to the office if you would like for us to put in a service request for you.

We absolutely understand your concerns and frustration, but we do hope that we can gain that trust back from you and help change your living experience back to a five star one!
