It’s a really quiet pet friendly community…. Shopping am gyms are close by…. Maintenance staff are very friendly and office staff are really friendly

My experience with circ is a great one. My wife and I had spent a year with them previously. Then due to work had to move to a different city. We are back and chose Circ apartments again.

The staff was always on top of their game. Anytime we had a question or concern they really showed that they cared and answered us quickly. When getting issues handle for maintenance it was handled in a seriously recorded breaking time and professionally. With no excuses or lengthy waits.

We are returning...
here due to the cleanliness, of the apartments the court yards. The location of desired shopping helps. We are seconds from Smith's, the cottonwood mall, and other favorite varieties. Hands down circ wins.

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost a year now, and overall my experience has been mostly good. The apartment itself is comfortable and has been a nice place to live. However, when I first moved in, there were quite a few broken items in the unit that should have been addressed beforehand, which was frustrating.

Another ongoing issue is the condition of the complex. There are frequent problems with dog waste not being picked up, and there is often a strong smell of dog urine...
throughout the property. Parking is also very limited, especially because many people who do not live here park in the complex, and some residents do not park properly, making the situation worse.

Despite these issues, the apartment has been a decent place to live overall, and with better maintenance, cleanliness enforcement, and parking management, it could be much better.

Great experience so far?? I’ve had an overall good experience living at this apartment community. The location is convenient and close to shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes daily errands easy. The apartments themselves are a good size with functional layouts, and maintenance has generally been responsive when issues come up. The grounds are usually kept clean, and parking has been manageable. While there are a few areas that could be improved, such as occasional noise or minor upkeep... details, it’s been a comfortable place to live overall. I would recommend this complex to someone looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a convenient area.
