Lived here 5+ years. They are prompt with maintenance request. 3 pools kept clean. Management staff in the office is great! Bob is the best!!!!

weird. made an appointment to view an apartment, exchanged texts that asked size of apartment, received two confirmation emails about the appointment - the last saying I'd receive pictures from the team only to receive an email cancelling the appointment with no explanation. at least they made my apartment list one place shorter. very unprofessional.

The coolest place to live, this is Crystal Cove Apartments, kindly responsive. The staff is great. The best maintenance of parking, swimming pools, playground, halls, gardens, paths, barbecue area, gym. Responsive staff.

My husband and I relocated to Las Vegas from Florida so we had to do everything online and could not see our new ho e before we rented. Leslie and Bob made the process so easy and our new home was ready and lovely when we arrived. The property is beautiful and seem very well maintained. I highly recommend Crystal Cove.

To start, this is a nice looking place and overall good location. But the stars get taken away when it comes to neighbors and ultimately management. People get their packages delivered to wrong place, others will sign for them, neighbors blare music it shakes the apartment. I’ve told the office multiple time but they do nothing as it still happens. Seems like They really do not care
