Management and maintenance staff are the best I've experienced. The landscaping is beautiful.

I've been here for three hard years ... waiting for the moment to be able to move ... it's an open "community" ... there's no gate so everyone comes and goes at will ... homeless people steal and vandalize cars ... a cave of thieves .. everything they leave at your door .. market purchases .. food .. packages .. your children's toys .. everything .. they steal .. you can never leave the garage open or one minute .. because they rob you ... the apartments are old and small for the price

I moved from Cali and let me be honest ! These are the kindest most helpful batch of staff I’ve come across! They care genuinely about people and their situations! They are clean , quick with repairs and I love my neighborhood and neighbors. 10 stars if I could .

Upon moving in we were quickly guided by the director in the Main Office and shown our potential apartment. However after moving in and settling, my family and I discovered many faulty tell-tell signs.

The carpet is suppose to be stapled and sealed to the floor however the carpet peels back leaving nails, former dirt and debris exposed to our health.

On another occasion my family and I noticed that there is blood and human skin cells on the walls and appliances. Our apartment was completely... filthy and disgusting.

There is also a high volume of "Domestic Violence" that happens at Sahara West Luxury Apartments.
There is also a very high police presence.

The wall sockets are faulty and most of the time do not work properly. My appliance exploded in my hands due to high serge in voltage.

The sink has a leak that has not been fully examined.

Doors and windows do not properly lock.

Do not rent an apartment here! I’ve been here for two years and the first year was fine, but this year is awful. I got my bag stolen at the pool, loud neighbors, lots of homeless people around, I always smell weed during the evening. Parking lot supposed to be only for residents but during the late evening there is no space, lots of cars without permit. And today they’ve been doing some work at sidewalk near the parking without any warning. I washed my car yesterday and it’s fully covered with... dust. I went to the leasing office. No apologies.
