Sick of this place
Everything has sucked from the beginning here. If your payment is late because you submit your payment on time but your bank doesn't work with their bank it's your fault and they charge you 50$ on the spot. The amenities are mostly closed because it takes weeks to reopen if anything goes wrong, and if you face any inconvenience from something not your fault they reimburse absolutely nothing. Lost an entire fridge worth of food when it stopped working they gave us a cooler that you would take on... trip... didn't even get us ice for it. It has a bug and rodent problem it's not the worst in the world but they keep coming back. Been under maintenance for a week now over a leak causing flooding in the laundry room. They came to fix it many times to no avail, now I know taking care of a leak takes time... but getting them out here to dry the place up once a day has been a pain. I told them their fix made it worse, and I needed someone to come drain it again and was treated like an annoyance. I've had here won't be renewing save yourself the headache.
