Quiet Community

It is a great find. Location is excellent. Quiet community, friendly staff and neighbors. Looked forever to find the right apartment and I am truly amazed by this property.

Look elsewhere

So, about a month and some ago I had an issue with one of the ladies at the leasing office, her name is Hailey. Long story short, someone was in the parking space that I pay for, and rather than follow procedures, she decided not to do her job. The office manager, Nicole, was the one who reached out me.

Now, my family has lived here for 10+ years and it's never been this bad.

We never had a cockroach problem in our old unit, but once we moved into the newer model, it became one. Though now we...
are asking for fumigation, so hopefully that problem will clear up.

We have never experienced neighbors so noisy, rude, and disrespectful. A few weeks ago our upstairs neighbors got into a fight and so I called the office to report it. I was told by Nicole to call 911, because they don't get involved. Just today 12/25/19 my upstairs neighbors got into another fight. Truly who would want to have this as their living situation.

Last week there was a shooting within the complex at night, and 5 cop cars had to come.

Whoever reads this, I just hope you think long and hard before committing to this place. Look at all your options.

Cockroach

I don’t recommend to move here because the apartments are infected with millions of cockroach and the complex doesn’t work about it and now they are charging for parking space and also a lot of people consuming drogs in public areas the gym is not working for a long time they cut off the water every week it’s a terrible place to live here and also super expensive.

You WANT to live@VLane Luxury Apartments!!

This place is now truly a hidden jewel!!! New management has taken over and cleaned and remodeled every nook and cranny. We now even have OPTIONAL RESERVED PARKING (for which I am VERY HAPPY) for a nominal fee! Did i mention its residents CHOICE,IF they a particular spot...NOT REQUIRED az there is plenty of FREE spaces available.

Manager Laura, Jonathan and the rest of the crew here goes above ans beyond to keep us satisfied!

Much better than my old place

I moved into this complex June 2017. The complex is clean and quiet. My 2 bedroom unit is spacious and having in unit washer/ dryer is amazing and priceless. I have had some problems due to this being an older property but the maintenance is quick to respond. Carla and Allen are friendly, helpful, and professional. I am really glad I made this move. The location right off of Trop and 95 is really convenient.
