Poor design which cause A/C not to work and management won't fix. Homeless in the neighborhood so don't drive into their garage. They do enjoy making fires on cold nights. Overpriced for a cheap home floor is falling apart, maintenance will lie to you to ignore fixing it. You can get the same for less. And contacting FPI to resolve any issues will only make the not renew your lease. So people constantly move out. The office manager is rude.

Lived here for over a year. Would not recommend this place especially for the cost of living here. Had a situation, an emergency situation. They have zero empathy did not try to reach out and help me. I’ve been trying to reach out to them nonstop to get my daughter a place here. We have over 800 credit score there’s no issues with credit or funds, but they keep coming up with excuses. They are ridiculously poor at their job and I would highly recommend you looking for a better managed property... to live. I hope this helps you with your decision not to live here, good luck !
