Great Experience We met with Ashley at around 4:15 on a Sunday afternoon. She was extremely kind and welcoming even though we were coming in late. We had talked to her on the phone prior to coming in and by the time we arrived she was prepared with the available units that fit our criteria. We greatly appreciated the transparency in pricing and fees that would be associated with leasing an apartment at your location. This is a feeling that was lacking in several other locations we visited. The... tour was great and both my wife and I were made to feel at home. The apartment was close in price and amenities to others we had visited but due to the overwhelmingly positive experience with Ashley, we both immediately agreed that the trails was the place we would rather live at. We applied for a unit the next morning and hope that this atmosphere is indicative of the trails as a whole. Ashley was the reason that we chose the Trails and truly set it above and beyond the other complexes we visited.

Thank you for being the best you! Ashley, Vanessa and boy I forgot this sweet girl’s name she’s working close with Vanessa at the office, sorry hun!
