This property has potential to be a five-star property. But there has just been too many maintenance things going on since we moved in here. From light bulbs being out all over the property to pool maintenance items and enclosing the stairwells and painting that needs to be done all over the buildings. There is just too much. It makes a beautiful property ugly. If this place did not have so much construction going on it would be an absolutely beautiful place to live. It seems like there are so... many upgrades and maintenance items needed that they would need a much larger staff to complete the projects in a quicker time. Nobody likes construction continually going on in a place they live. All the staff that I have interacted with here are great. Very friendly and good customer service skills. We have had problems with our air conditioning a few times since we've moved in. Including needing to have a portable air conditioning unit for 3 to 4 weeks ish. Great potential but it is just not maintained anywhere near what is actually required to keep this place in top condition. Read More

Water dripping from A/C vent onto carpet Raul is the best!!!! he is so efficient so kind so informative, and when I ask him questions, he always takes the time to answer them is never impatient and it’s just a great representative of the maintenance department at Pioneer Meadows. This is the second or third maintenance request. I’ve made in the last year or so that Raul has responded to and his demeanor is just the same. The trails at Pioneer Meadows overall experience Overall, a good experience. Misleading pricing and fees were bouncing all over the place at times, depending on what apartment was available at what time and how long it’s been sitting.. Don’t really understand why they’re pricing keeps going up every month. i’m hoping when I renew my contract after one year the price doesn’t increase that much. I’m on a fixed income..
