This property was once a fantastic place to live—largely due to the former manager, who went above and beyond to create a sense of community through resident events and building mixers. Since the change in management, however, the quality has declined significantly. Although the building is marketed as luxury, the reality is far from it.
Only one of the two elevators has been operational for over three years, and the building’s security is severely lacking—mail and packages are frequently... stolen due to unrestricted public access. Renovations appear rushed or poorly maintained, and the general upkeep of the property has noticeably deteriorated.
The current property manager is unresponsive and has demonstrated serious lapses in professionalism. During an actual fire incident on the roof, he failed to show up, and there have been instances where he disclosed tenant information—such as apartment numbers and names—to strangers. Rather than enforcing building policies on noise and disturbances, he expects tenants to resolve such issues on their own, which undermines both safety and accountability.
This is not a safe environment—particularly for anyone living alone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property under its current management.
