This place is very nice so far ..Me and my son love the view of the city.. I like the 4th floor office space once that’s available and can’t wait for the lounge area. Can’t wait for these options to open up..

Amazingly furnishe apartments with new appliances. Great location in the financial district and had a great and easy leasing process. Great place for all!

Well. My baseboards are seperating and cabinets are splitting. I need a fix now for what I pay monthly. It has increased more than 400 dollars a month since my first quote. I am here because I work downtown but this is ridiculous.
The on-site personnel are great. This company is a leech. Building is not even half renovated. Blood in lift 3 has been here since I moved in.

My move-in experience with Abrexas was smooth from start to finish. Denise made the whole process so easy—she was friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had. She really helped take the stress out of moving, and I appreciated how welcoming she was. Overall, everything felt simple and well-organized, and I’m very happy with my experience!
