Abraxas at 90 State

I would not rent from here. The property manager lied several times he came up to the apartment to check the hot water used a regular thermometer to check it. It was below the temperature that it should’ve been stated New York State guidelines, which were not accurate. Check the hot water myself several different times was way below had to boil, hot water to wash dishes properly and in addition I was told after several different complaints that it was because it was a corner apartment. In... addition, the windows still would not latch completely was promised again by the property management that it would be fixed. It was in the middle of winter, and it still was not fixed. It was leaking cold air throughout the bedroom. Lastly, there was black mold, hidden under paint regarding safety this apartment the well it may have the alarm system on everything, everybody lets everybody in and the back door on the one side is constantly blocked open, which allows people to come in and out. With the progress being made to bring the amenities to the building I can say I am pleased to be a resident of Abraxas at 90 State Street and plan to be a resident for the foreseeable future

Not bad so far. still waiting on the amenities to be fully installed. rent is kinda pricy in my opinion and doesn't fully match the current amenities present as of now.

Living at abraxas is comfortable and nice maintenance is friendly and quick to respond the only downside tot he building is the cost of rent for no amenities

Love living in the downtown area. The location is perfect for our needs. The apartment is perfect for us so we decide to renew our lease for another 18 months.
