The exterior of the building.. Mill 3 ... has been neglected with no appearance of getting any better. Years of accumulated dirt and stones against the curb in the back road and parking area. Also years of glass shards along the backside of garage D. Weather stripping been missing on the bottom of the fallsview garage doors for ma y months. The closer for the person door between the 2 garage doors has been broken for months. ... should I go on?

many things could improve. i have been here for 2.5 years and things have gotten worse not improved. wish i could say it got better. hot tub always down which sucks and people break in and steal packages all the time

We continue to love our apartment and the location. The team has made noticeable efforts to foster a sense of community, organizing events, which we truly appreciate.

However, communication around operational matters still needs improvement. For example, we received no notice when exterior window cleaning was done the second time. This makes it difficult to prepare, especially for pet owners.

Another ongoing issue is garbage collection. There are weeks when dumpsters remain overflowing for... days, creating an unpleasant experience as we come and go. For a complex marketed as "luxury," this is disappointing.

Internet reliability has also become a concern. Recently, we've experienced outages lasting hours, which is especially disruptive for those working remotely. Again, the lack of communication or updates during these outages adds to the frustration.

Neighbors have been really nice, anytime that I have asked anyone about anything they have been really helpful. The staff has been helpful with telling me everything I need to know to move in an be comfortable. Thank you!

Overall great service with Madison. However, Dwelo app is still not functioning and the combination code is also not functioning correctly. The amenities are very nice and the gym in my building is very well equipped and there was maintenance staff there this morning, cleaning and stocking supplies.
