The Lofts at Harmony Mills

Beautiful property with tons of amenities. Quiet building and well maintained. My only complaint is the massive deposit and amount of fees I paid to have pets only to move into my apartment and have been able to tell exactly where the previous owners put their cat box. What are they doing with the massive pet security deposits and monthly pet fees if they arent using them to maintain the property and keep it clean and damage free for the next residents?

The pool has been closed for a year. The electric bill is too high in the summer even though we have solar panels and the garage smells like awful trash. There are couches and trash in the garage areas. a
every week the dumpsters are blocking the garage so we can’t get our cars in without almost hitting them and a half the trash spills out where we need to drive

Staff are friendly and respectful. My apartment was clean upon move in and any questions I had were answered promptly.
Definitely recommend this apartment complex.
The view of Mohawk River from my living room and bedroom is not so bad either ;)

Living here has been a great experience overall. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever help is needed, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice place to live.

Very Beautiful building very nice residents very polite. Quite a peaceful at night. Staff very helpful and pleasant.Im glad I got chance to experience leaving here.
