I’ve been in these apartments for 2 years and at first it started off really great, the community was peaceful but just this recent year I’ve had my apartment broken into TWICE!!! There are no cameras or security within the community and when you tell management about these kind of things, they seem to brush it off and not take any real action. Just don’t move here it’s not worth it

HORRIBLE!!! Roaches everywhere & they do little to nothing about it. I had a roach problem the whole time I lived there and they would continuously come do inspections and exterminations but they need more than that!
They are money hungry & they charge you for everything! Even when you leave the house in good conditions you’re being charged for rugs that were in great condition or blinds etc!
The pool is ALWAYS closed because they have no staff & gym is only open when the office is open

They let us move into an apartment with roaches without telling us, that was 7 months ago. There’s still roaches, and they are still showing people the place in order to get someone to move in. Better yet, they want us to pack up things for 3 WEEKS for more roach treatment. Whatever they’re doing isn’t working! Mail got stolen too, was basically told “that’s weird, that normally doesn’t happen here.” Please don’t move here.

I have been here for 3 years I love living here staff is friendly and helpful no matter the situation the grounds are well kept my family loves coming over to have fun especially in the summer we love the pool so much

As a current tenant at this place, I would request everyone to stay away from this place. They keep increasing the rent but does not improve the facilities. They do not care about maintenance requests. The common areas are unclean , smelly. Several building I been to smell weed in the common areas. The gym is only available from 8:00 to 5:00 on weekdays and not opened on Sunday. Tenants are not allowed to enter in to the office. You have to stay outside and they keep you outside while you have a... conversation with them. Such as nasty attitude. And the corporate never respond to any outreach regarding issues with the management. You would be better off not moving to this nasty place.
