Over priced, poorly managed
I have been disappointed and unhappy in this apartment complex since i moved in. I never got to see the apartment, so upon moving in i realized they put me in a smoking building but never advised that. After complaining they told me to be patient as they were transitioning to non smoking. This is also the dirtiest apartment complex I've ever lived in and have gone through my own efforts to deep clean it the best i can. Since they don't take care of the building itself and it's rotting away, the... deep cleaning only does so much. Something as little as cleaning the gutters would go a long way. Instead they're filled with branches and debris resulting in a lovely waterfall feature which then adds to the moat that is around the building. The building is shifting horribly because of this causing cracking in the cement on the first floor and ever changing floors upstairs. Nothing is included in rent and this place is severely over priced for how crappy it truly is. I've rented at several other properties and this is by far the worst place I've ever lived. There are about 35 buildings and only one trash compactor for the whole place. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.
