The bathroom includes a bathtub and a small mirror, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, oven, and kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit for your convenience.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before checking out, please empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the safety and security of all guests. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as we periodically update and refresh them. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
