The building is totally safe, and all guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans. A laptop computer is not included.
