New Village at Patchogue

I often said relocating to New Village at Patchogue was a very wise decision on my part. I am a senior in age and it is great to be in the heart of Patchogue as I can walk to most places as I do not have a car. The staff is wonderful and there is a sense of community here.

New Village is a delightful place to live. Situated in the middle of the Village brings entertainment, food, drink, library, theaters and friends to your doorstep. The resident population is diverse; young, old, married, single, adult children and small children, pets and an awesome management and maintenance staff.

I have lived at New Village for just over three years. It is a beautiful community that is a centerpoint for the Village of Patchogue with its gorgeous design and varuous ground floor shops and restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and resolve issues, and the whole team makes the living experience excellent.

New village is a friendly community we all play a part in making this community a home a welcoming l, friendly and clean home and how we keep it a great community is being respectful to others respect people space dog owners be mindful people are afraid, allergic or simply don’t like dogs keep your dogs off of strangers even if you think the dog is friendly. Common spaces should be kept clean your personal items should not be stored in the hall it’s tacky it devalued others living experience and... when you have guest that’s not the living environment you want to display last parking I see the office sending emails and people are not listening please listen you have people living here they work hard they’re out all day and the last thing you want to do is come home to someone in your parking spot last year I parked on the street and got a ticket after that I went in to the office and told someone parked in my spot when they did it again but I was more mad I had to go telling like a child I felt like it seem I was being petty or childish I didn’t like that feeling the other day someone was in my spot thankfully he was in the parking lot playing with his other cars and was able to move but no one should have to approach anyone asking them to move there car no one should have to ask to remove your dog no one should have to ask can you remove your should let’s act like adults let’s respect the fact this is everyone living environment not just yours Read More
