The environment at the Vela on the Park is welcoming and friendly. So far we really love it here. We enjoy seeing all the pets in the building and there is a great sense of community.

A Community more than a Building.

My Family (2 kids) have lived at Vela on the Park since 2020 and it’s been an amazing experience. It truly feels like a community, not just a building. Every time we as family have had a need or support, property managers and assistant managers have been there for us. (Dazhia, Andre).Over the years, the place has always been clean, well cared for, and consistently improving.

Vela is part of the good section of Stamford School District the most important for us with very convenient bus stops for... them to feel safe and close to home. Overall good apartments and compared to other options in town this for sure is the best in class (Good neighbors, No Loud Apartments, All type of layouts and good amenities)

Office, Cleaning, Maintenance and concierge Staff always show as one and looking for a common thing that is residents to have good experiences. (Josh, Milo, Marco, Lester, Manuel, Hayley)

Greystar has done a great job bringing in the right team to keep the building running smoothly and maintaining high standards. I’m really happy to call Vela home.

Clean building and attentive staff! Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Maintenance request are always prioritize. Nice rooftop and the gym has a view to mill river park
