Mid-life crisis?

After owning my own home for the last 20 years, was it time? After all, my daughter is entering her last year of college and I have more exciting things to do with my time that don't involve a lawnmower or snowblower! Thank God for Redwood Living! The individual apartments are more like townhouses, including an attached 2 car garage, only 2 units attached to each other, beautiful new construction, my own street address and best of all......drum roll, please .....a maintenance man! Thank you,... Redwood Living for making the start of this new chapter of my life fun and carefree!
