The property manager is never present and does not respond to emails. We reached out to her on multiple occasions about problems with the apartment and she either took weeks to respond or did not respond at all. Then upon moving out she did not return our security deposit, after countless emails were sent. Living here come with frustration and a lack of communication I would not do it again.

I'm legally blind and can't drive this place is in walking distance of a grocery store, bank, and gym. It would be perfect for someone with a disability but they are charging more than what some pay for a house. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I stayed here a year & the entire process was smooth, from the approval to the leave. If I wasn’t moving closer to family I would have stayed. The property is clean & very well kept. They are always doing upgrades. Neighbors are friendly. The renovated apartments are beautiful! I would recommend!! Patti & the maintenance guy are awesome people!!

The property manager (Patti) and the property maintenance manager (Joe) are outstanding (AWSOME) people to have working for your company. When an issue arises with anything they do not hesitate to take action to correct or address the issues.
They make you feel as if you are part of there family and treat you as such. They really care about the tenants in the complex.

I lived at Cambridge court apartments for 2 years and had no complaints. Management and maintenance were both friendly and quick to respond. Loved the location living near highways, and rent was very affordable for what you are getting in the area. Patti and Joe are awesome - I would recommend Cambridge court to anyone looking to rent in the area.
