ROACHES

Moved here with my wife on february from Cleveland. On the first day upon move in we saw a roach in the dish washer and did not make much of it. Just to be completely taken over by roaches in the days that followed. Since then we have kept seeing roaches and killing them.
We told the leasing office about it and they claim we brought them here. But have never dealt with roaches in our whole renting experience. They brought out a technician who has not been able to fix... the issue and now we have roaches crawling on our dishes in the kitchen. Less than 48 hours after moving we had to call them to get the dish washer fixed, they had to fix the water heater and some things related to the washer and dryer due to sewer smell in the apartment. They had to fix the sink in the kitchen and also leaks from the shower head in the bathroom.
DO NOT trust these people. Signing that lease was the worse decision ever.

Prior to move-in, the home was prepared according to our standard make-ready... procedures, and there was no documented evidence of a pest infestation in the home or building. When you reported the concern, our team responded promptly by placing the home on our licensed pest control provider’s weekly treatment schedule. Our community is serviced regularly for both preventative care and reported issues. Multiple inspections and treatments have taken place. While our vendor has not documented evidence of an active infestation, we have continued weekly service to ensure your concerns are thoroughly addressed. As is typical with professional pest control treatments, resolution can take time. All service requests submitted have been completed, and we will continue to remain responsive in our communication.
Our goal is always to provide a well-maintained home and to address concerns as quickly as possible. We encourage continued direct communication so that if you run into any additional issues, we can address them promptly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused.
