I have been a resident at Lakes Edge for over three years. I enjoy the great customer service and activities/rewards for the residents. Loving the peace and tranquility and I’m proud to call Lakes Edge my home.

Not worth it. The price is good but they can’t even pick up the trash. It’s frustrating since the raccoons come and eat the trash they do not pick up then it makes a mess you now have to clean. They charge money to take trash but half the time they don’t even do it.

If you like paying a lot for very little this is the place for you. If you like paying an extra $30-$40 fee on top of your rent because you payed online, this is the place for you. But wait, you also want to pay an additional fee for paying your utilities online also, Lakes Edge has you covered there too.
If you enjoy being nickel and dimed every month while living in a bare minimum apartment with appliances that barely work and next to no amenities to compensate, this is your place.
