Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm-8am, and if the request to comply with quiet hours is not honored, then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. If pets are discovered after the fact, there will be a $300 fee per unauthorized pet per night. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
