All staff is very helpful, rentals are very nice and updated. Very clean, new pool and other updates coming. Well maintained!

We love being in the Centerville school district plus it’s close to the Washington Township rec plex. The office has a coffee bar / hot chocolate that is perfect this time of year. They have new constructed apartments too if you want something brand new with peace of mind.

I absolutely love living at this apartment community! The maintenance staff is outstanding. always prompt, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond whenever I put in a request. The office team is just as wonderful; they’re kind, professional, and always make me feel welcomed and taken care of.

This is a beautifuly placed community. The location is perfect. Right by everything you’d need schools, restaurants, and conveniently right by the highway. i definitely recommend this property if you are currently apartment hunting.

This property is really great I have no complaints. I've lived here for some time now and everything thing has been a breeze. I have no issues Maintenace is timely, and the office staff is friendly. it's in a prime location for a great price I definitely recommend
