Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. The unit is located on the third floor, and you must climb two short flights of steps up into the unit.
