Pets are strictly forbidden, and bringing unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee per unauthorized pet per night. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
