Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed in your reservation details and will result in termination of reservation without refund if discovered. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. There is a $300 cleaning fee for smoking indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. [SI]
