Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Noise should be kept down from 9:30pm-8am. Smoking and flames are not allowed. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
