Additionally, the apartment is nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the free Streetcar.
The third bedroom doubles as the living room. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may result in prosecution. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and amplified music is forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything indoors is not allowed, and violations may result in a $300 cleaning fee. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than 14 days or if the unit is left in disorder. Security fees may be billed if incurred due to behavior at the property, with a minimum fee of $150.
