This location is perfect for short or long stays, including travel nurses and other work assignments. You can walk to UC from here, but otherwise you will likely need to Uber/Lyft or call a car. Luckily, we have free on-site parking. Additionally, we're nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over-the- Rhine and downtown. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the Streetcar (Free!). Nearby attractions include the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden (7 minutes), Cincinnati Art Museum (5 minutes), and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center (7 minutes).
Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, is considered abusive behavior. The property owner retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
