Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in termination of your reservation without refund. If security, fire department, police fees, or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
