Dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums are within a 5-10 minute drive.
Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If an unauthorized party is thrown, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest has done or intends to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed in reservation details and will result in reservation termination without refund if discovered. A $300 cleaning fee applies for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arise from guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
