Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or the actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
