Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Violating our rules may result in reservation termination. At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking ANYTHING indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
