Downtown is just a short 5-minute ride away, and the hip Over the Rhine district is also easily accessible for dinner and drinks. Getting around the neighborhood is easy, as you're within walking distance to everything within Mt. Adams.
Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and may result in prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm-8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. [SI]
