Nothing gets fixed on time. If they do work on your work order, it will either be incomplete or they will never show up.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone

I wasn’t helped in a good way anytime

First of all when I got my apartment it wasn’t ready to move
There were no doors installed anywhere in the apartment except for the main door not even the bathroom
The kitchen sink had problems the water was leaking everywhere
Air Conditioner was not working forcing you to stay in the extreme temperatures like 85 degrees and more

Secondly the management here treats you very well when you book a tour... or an appointment to inquire about leasing but
After you are done signing the lease and paying the money , they treat you like you have been living here for free and wont even help you
They dont have any humanity here
They forced the residents to stay in whatever problems we are facing

The problem was never fixed after submitting a work order at first place we have to go to the office multiple times to pleed them to fix the problem

I had to eat outside two weeks straight because the kitchen sink was clogged and I wasn’t able to cook anything

We had to use a curtain and stick it in the bathroom because they didn’t installed a door atleast in the bathroom
Me as a girl sharing the apartment with two boys this was like a nightmare

I am a resident here. The elevators won’t work properly. Also the water supply to the building is inconsistent, sometimes they gonna turn off the water supply and then inform the residents about the water shut off. Also they scammed me by charging 150 dollar for trash.they inform you the timing for the trash pick up and they will not remove it, later they gonna charge residents fine for keeping the trash after the specified time. If they picked it up on time then there will be no trash outside... .also the leasing office people will not give option to opt out from trash service so they can charge residents the maintenance money and fine for their fault. Overall, I'm very disappointed in my experience living here. Since Greystar was taking over the building, I though that over time things would improve but the building is in constant disrepair with mold, flooding, outdated appliances, and broken elevators which makes the quality of life poor. The water gets shut off and the fire alarms go off several times a month because they use quick fixes rather than investing in replacements and preventative maintenance. The location in downtown is great... but I just can't deal with all of these issues not being addressed. Read More

My experience has been horrible, I’ve been living here since 2023 and this year has been extremely horrible. Long story short, don’t live here.
