Worst leasing staff and poor maintenance

I am a resident here. The elevators won’t work properly. Also the water supply to the building is inconsistent, sometimes they gonna turn off the water supply and then inform the residents about the water shut off. Also they scammed me by charging 150 dollar for trash.they inform you the timing for the trash pick up and they will not remove it, later they gonna charge residents fine for keeping the trash after the specified time. If they picked it up on time then there will be no trash outside... .also the leasing office people will not give option to opt out from trash service so they can charge residents the maintenance money and fine for their fault.

It’s a nice apartment I like the community and the employees are very nice. The only other issue is that everything seems to be broken in this building. There has been amattress sitting on the seventh floor with filthy stains by the elevator for two weeks.
