Some city or neighbor noise is possible. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason.
