Northpark Place

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Northpark Place! From the very beginning, everyone has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. They genuinely make you feel like they care about their residents and want you to be happy and comfortable in your home.

Our apartment itself is very comfortable and has plenty of space for us. The location is also excellent and is close to everything we need, which makes everyday life so much easier and more convenient... .

What has impressed me the most, though, is the amazing team here. Whenever we have a question, concern, problem, or maintenance issue, they are always willing to listen and help. No matter what the situation is, they respond quickly and genuinely try to find a solution. You never feel like you are being ignored or that your concerns are unimportant.

The staff are extremely approachable, kind, and professional, and their communication has been excellent. Moving to a new area can be stressful, but having such a supportive and responsive team has made our experience so much easier.

There are also those little things that make Northpark feel like more than just an apartment. I especially love that there is always nice coffee available in the lobby. It is such a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. These small touches really make the community feel welcoming and friendly.

I would highly recommend Northpark Place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Polaris/Columbus area. If you are looking for a comfortable apartment with enough space, a convenient location, and a friendly team that genuinely cares about its residents, I definitely recommend Northpark Place.

We lived in this property for 7 years, always paid rent on time, and took good care of the unit. At move-out, we were shocked to see charges for replacing blinds due to “bite marks.” After so many years of normal wear and tear, this feels unreasonable and unethical. There was no clear communication or attempt to discuss the issue before adding the charge to our final statement.

It’s disappointing that after being long-term, responsible tenants, the management chose to nickel-and-dime over... something that should be considered normal aging of the unit. Future renters should take detailed move-in and move-out photos and be cautious about what they might be charged for later. Read More

Myah and Colby are awesome!! Super helpful and sweet! Myah past experienced with leasing office staff hasn’t been super pleasant but everyone at North Park is truly amazing in person and over the phone. Would highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking to live in the Polaris area!
