Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of a $300 House Rules Violation fee if smoking is discovered after check-out. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed at any time. Any violation of these policies will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction from the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per unregistered guest per night, with a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Self check-in and check-out are available via a smart keypad code.
