Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Any unreported damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
