It's less than a minute walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area, less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
